“The body breathes air, but the soul breathes light. Through word and letter, I transmit tools that allow you to recover your inner balance.”
The Origin: From the Prestige of the East to the Light of Torah
At the heart of the FHT (Fanger Healing Technique) method is the transformation journey of Rabbi Itshak Fanger. A former recognized master of Eastern arts and Reiki in the Far East, he healed through worldly energies at the height of his prestige. By returning to his roots, he gave everything up for a higher truth: the source of all healing is Above, and the body is the mirror of the soul.
As a channel of this wisdom, I adapted this technique into a unique creative force: support through writing. Where the original training uses hands and voice, I use the vibration of letters. This apparent limitation (my stroke) became my privileged channel: each word is a frequency that imprints itself into the invisible structure of your being.
The E.P.H.R.A.T. Concept: Your Name, Your Destiny
My mission was revealed during my digital training through the E.P.H.R.A.T. concept (Event - Thought - Reaction - Action - Outcome/Result). This model shows that our perception of an event shapes our biological reality. When I realized that the anagram of my name forms the word HEAL, I accepted my mission: to spread joy in order to heal.
The Foundation: The Secret Code of the parasha “Lech Lecha”
Inspired by Abraham’s call, our method rests on “Lech Lecha” (Go toward yourself). This inner journey toward wholeness unfolds through three vibrational stages:
1. Submission (Hakhna’a)
Acceptance of the Present
As God asked Abraham to leave his native land, this is the act of leaving one’s resistances behind. We accept the challenge without fighting it, because it is the necessary starting point of the journey.
- Writing: Putting words down in order to stop fighting reality. As the Baal Shem Tov taught: “Where a person’s thoughts are, there the whole person is.”
- Self-Healing Tool: Using targeted positive thoughts to transform your inner dialogue.
2. Distinction (Havdala)
Sacred Discernment
This is the separation between the shell (Klippa) and the spark of life. We understand that we are not our pain, but the soul that observes it.
- The Key Phrase: “I am not my pain; I am the soul that observes it and detaches from it in order to rise.”
- Self-Healing Tool: Guided meditations to isolate blockages and let your light shine without any shadowed area.
3. Sweetening (Hamtaka)
The Metamorphosis
This is the arrival toward the promise. Severity (Din) is transformed into pure kindness (Chessed).
- Writing: The vibration of letters infuses peace. Rabbi Nachman of Breslov reminds us: “It is a great mitzvah to always be joyful.”
- Self-Healing Tool: Phrases of wisdom and gratitude to stabilize your success and make your evolution fluid and luminous.
My Mission: A Channel of Self-Healing
I am only an instrument, a channel transmitting vibrational keys through the power of writing. Each word becomes a “breath of thought” that activates your own process of self-healing.
There is no promise of a miracle, because healing is a breath that descends from Heaven. My role is to offer you these tools so that you, in turn, can open your own doors toward health and joy.
