Holistic presence care.
Welcome into this healing space where your gaze becomes your first tool of liberation. Breathe deeply, straighten your chest, and let a gentle smile come to your lips now, because joy is the doorway into all healing.
Place your eyes on these lines and feel your feet anchoring firmly into the ground. You are here, present, connected by an invisible golden thread from the crown of your head toward Heaven. Whisper inwardly “Hineni” (הנני), because you are ready to receive. As you continue reading, gently raise your hands to become your own channel: place your right hand flat on your forehead to calm the noise of your thoughts, and your left hand on your heart, the center of your truth. Feel the warmth of your palms infuse your body.
As you breathe beneath your fingers, focus on the white space between these words and visualize a deep indigo-blue sphere of light at the center of your brain. It turns gently, drawing in every shadowed area, every doubt, and every fatigue like a magnet. Then imagine golden particles raining down from the sky to fill this space with clarity, turning your mind into a crystal temple bathed in sunlight.
Let the sacred vibrations resonate within you: “Or Chadash Al Tzion Ta'ir” (אור חדש על ציון תאיר), so that a new light may awaken; “Pitchou Li Sha'arei Tzedek” (פתחו לי שערי צדק), to open the gates of your inner rightness; and remember that “Simcha Poretzet Geder” (שמחה פורצת גדר), joy breaks every barrier.
Let these truths soak into you: I now release every thought that does not serve my joy, because my vision is clear and every cell of my being lights up with deep peace. I am the keeper of my inner garden; confusion is only a passing cloud, and I am the sun that crosses it. I receive solutions with ease, my strength comes from my connection to the Source, and I smile at life as life returns that smile a hundredfold.
Press your hands gently onto your body one last time to seal this care, feel this wave of well-being flowing through your veins, then exhale slowly as you release your arms. It is done, it is accomplished. Todah (תודה).
